Four Barrel Coffee first opened its doors back in August 2008 after a long stint of serving Stumptown Coffee from a kiosk positioned in the Four Barrel loading dock located on Caledonia street. In fact, kiosk service recently re-started for the morning and early afternoon crowd. The big difference is that the coffee is now roasted at Four Barrel as it has been since early 2009. Owned by Jeremy Tooker, co-founder and former co-owner of Ritual Coffee, located just down the street, Four Barrel seems to be aiming for nothing short of national expansion as it eyes wholesale accounts both locally and as far away as New York City.
