I feel like KC straddles the line. ;) Regardless of geographic distinctions, I've heard good things about CE - not to be confused with Emergency Coffee which I reviewed a while back on this blog. Hopefully, one day I'll get to Lincoln. When I eventually do, CE will most certainly be towards the top of my list.
